What we build
Chatoo is an AI conversation product for small and medium service businesses. One agent answers website chats and phone calls, books appointments from your rules, and hands off to your team when a person is needed.
We focus on operators who lose work to voicemail and repetitive questions — salons, home services, clinics, consultants, and similar teams — not on building a generic chatbot toy.
Product mission
Make it practical for a busy service business to:
- Answer every routine chat and call from approved knowledge
- Capture leads and bookings without phone tag
- Keep humans in control with a shared inbox and clear escalation
How we think about AI claims
We do not claim “no hallucinations.” Agents can be wrong if sources are wrong or incomplete. Our design goal is narrower and testable:
- Prefer approved sources over open-web improvisation
- Ask clarifying questions when the request is ambiguous
- Escalate with full context when confidence is low or the topic is sensitive
- Continue conversations in the human inbox when AI allowance ends
